Afinia L801 Memjet color printer and R635 digital label press to be shown at Bakery Showcase

At booth 539A, you’ll be able to see us putting two Afinia products into action: the L801 Memjet color printer and the R635 digital label press.

As you can see from our website, the Afinia L801 is designed -to print your baked good product labels in full color at 1600 dpi in many different label substrates like high gloss, polypropylene or polyester labels quickly.

The Afinia L801 label printer will print your labels at the lowest print cost in the industry, just pennies at a speed of 60 feet per minute (that’s like 100 labels per minute) so that you can do small or large print run very quickly onsite on demand whenever needed.

It even comes with its own built-in cutter and can print roll to roll with an optional label rewinder.

The other color label printer that we will be showcasing is the Afinia R635 Digital Label Press, which can make thousands of labels over the course of 20 minutes at a rate of 30 feet per minute. It also comes with its own custom-made design software to make its printing more efficient: it uses a drag and drop interface for placing PDF print file to print labels

The Afinia R635 uses Single Pass 4 Color LED (CKMY) laser print technology to produce the best label quality possible. This printer is for those business that just want to print the best quality label possible.

Toner based lasers are a bit more expensive versus the inkjet, but produce a much more consistent color. Come and compare the two technologies and see which might be the best solution for your business.
